Given its prolonged operation in harsh environments, proper maintenance and care are essential. Below are methods for extending the service life of the endless rope continuous haulage vehicle.

　　1. Regularly inspect the wear condition of the wheel liners on the Wujie rope continuous haulage vehicle to ensure operational efficiency and safety. If the wear is severe, be sure to replace them promptly.

　　2. Regularly lubricate the bearings of the endless rope haulage vehicle; you can apply grease once a month.

　　3. When using a new vehicle, it should be cleaned after 5 to 6 days of operation. If the bearing temperature exceeds 70℃, immediately stop operation, identify the cause of the problem, and check the degree of bearing wear.
